Bulk QR Code Generator
This free bulk QR code generator turns a list of URLs or text (pasted, or uploaded as a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets) into one QR code per row and downloads them all as a ZIP of PNG or SVG files. It runs entirely in your browser: no sign-up, no watermark, nothing uploaded, and the codes never expire.
Generate QR codes in bulk
1 Add your list
Tip: copy a column straight out of Excel or Google Sheets and paste it here. Each line becomes one QR code.
Working in Excel? Use File > Save As > CSV UTF-8 first. Comma, semicolon, and tab separated files all work.
2 Design your QR codes
Social icon (optional)
PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or SVG. Adding a logo raises the minimum error-correction level to Q.
3 Download all as ZIP
Up to 1,000 QR codes per batch. Generated on your device and never uploaded. The ZIP also includes an index.csv listing each file and its content.
Preview
Add a list to preview your QR codes
Private by design
Your list never leaves your browser. The QR codes are generated on your device and nothing is uploaded or stored.
No sign-up, no watermark
Use it straight away. Images are clean, full resolution, and free for commercial use.
Never expires
These are static QR codes: the content is encoded in the image itself, so they keep working forever.
How to bulk generate QR codes from Excel
- 1
Put your data in one column
In Excel or Google Sheets, put one URL or value per row in a column. Add a second column (product name, SKU, guest name) if you want each image named after it.
- 2
Save the sheet as CSV
In Excel choose File > Save As > CSV UTF-8 (.csv). In Google Sheets choose File > Download > Comma-separated values. Or skip this and copy the column, then paste it above.
- 3
Upload and pick your columns
Upload the CSV, choose the column that holds the QR content and, optionally, the column to use for file names. The first few codes preview instantly.
- 4
Style once, apply to all
Set colors, dot shape, error-correction level, and an optional logo. Every QR code in the batch uses the same design.
- 5
Download the ZIP
Click Download ZIP (PNG) or (SVG). You get one image per row plus an index.csv that maps each file back to its content.
Frequently asked questions
What is a bulk QR code? +
A bulk QR code is simply one of many QR codes generated in a single batch from a list, such as a column of product URLs, serial numbers, or ticket IDs. Instead of creating each code by hand, a bulk QR code generator turns every row of your list into its own QR image.
How do I generate bulk QR codes in Excel? +
Excel can't create QR codes from a column on its own without add-ins or macros. The easiest way is to put one value per row in a column, save the sheet as CSV UTF-8 (File > Save As), and upload it to this bulk generator. Pick the content column, optionally a file-name column, and download up to 1,000 QR codes as a ZIP.
Can ChatGPT generate QR codes? +
ChatGPT can write code that makes QR codes, and with its code tool it can sometimes produce a few image files, but it is slow and unreliable for large batches and you have to check every code scans. A dedicated bulk QR code generator like this one turns a whole CSV into scannable PNG or SVG files in seconds, without uploading your data.
Do bulk QR codes expire? +
No. The QR codes made here are static: the URL or text is encoded directly in the image, with no redirect server in between. They never expire and keep working as long as the destination itself exists.
How many QR codes can I generate at once? +
Up to 1,000 per batch. For bigger lists, split the CSV into files of 1,000 rows or fewer and run each one. There is no daily limit.
Is my data uploaded to a server? +
No. The CSV is read and the QR codes are drawn entirely in your browser, and the ZIP is built on your device. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to our servers.
Can I name each QR code file? +
Yes. If your CSV has a column like product name or SKU, choose it as the file name column and each image is saved with that name. Duplicate names get a -2, -3 suffix, and rows without a name are numbered.
Should I choose PNG or SVG? +
PNG is best for documents, labels, and the web. SVG is a vector format that stays sharp at any size, so pick it for print, signage, and design tools like Illustrator or Figma.
