1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Real QR Generator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Real QR Generator lets you create static QR codes for free, and — with an account — create dynamic QR codes whose destination can be edited after printing, along with scan analytics. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features, as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to disable any dynamic QR code, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

5. Dynamic QR codes and redirects

Dynamic QR codes redirect to a destination you control and can change at any time. You are solely responsible for the content your codes point to. If your account is downgraded, canceled, or terminated, some dynamic codes may lose editing or analytics access as described on our pricing page, though we make a reasonable effort to keep existing codes redirecting.

6. Payments and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until canceled. One-time purchases are billed once and do not renew. All payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you encode into your QR codes and any images you upload. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real QR Generator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from a QR code malfunction or redirect failure.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
